3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years of Experience In the field or in a related area as a senior Business Analyst (Technical)
- 2 years of Experience Agile methodology experience
Preferred:
- 1 years of Understanding of use cases
- 1 years of Process documentation
Specific Skills:
- Strong technical Business Analyst experience
- Agile artifact creation: Themes epics user stories and acceptance criteria
- Requirements decomposition
- Agile facilitation for development teams
- Support QA and development teams in estimating efforts using story points
- Java application development and coding understanding
