In this role you will report to the Womens Apparel Operations Director within the Consumer Product Brand and Marketplace (CPBM) Operations team. This role will focus on executing the Global Womens Apparel Speed creation lane and Global Bras & Leggings creation lane.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education experience and training
• 3 years experience in Product Creation or Relevant Industry preferably Apparel experience
• Deep process and operational experience including familiarity with the endtoend product creation process
• Strong attention to detail organization and time management
• Strong communicator & collaborator
• Passionate curious problemsolver
• Ability to influence and facilitate at leadership levels
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving a team to clarity/results
• Change agent/change management skills

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining processes that serve the Womens Speed and Bras & Leggings businesses. As a product operations expert your focus will be on driving product excellence and accountability and facilitate crossfunctional alignment. You will ensure creation calendars process documentation and project trackers are accurate using a collection of tools/software. You will bring structure and visibility to a variety of projects and provide status updates throughout the creation process. You will be a central point of contact for many functions and will guide partners to and through processes tools and new ways of working. You will help with communication and information flow to drive clarity for a seamless and connected process that delivers business results.

Core Accountabilities

• Partner with crossfunctional leaders and teams to help execute strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and efficiency
• Drive product creation/process for Speed and Bras & Leggings in collaboration with xfunctional partners
• Lead and coordinate process creation and improvement activities define deliverables and milestones; ensure follow up or all key initiatives
• Create process documentation for new workflows and help facilitate and drive the functions forward towards collective goals
• Develop detailed project plans implementation schedules for key meetings
• Build and implement tools that enable the Product Creation team to create the worlds best product
