HP is hiring a Campaign Project Manager to drive the of campaigns in HPs new enduser app HPX (code name). Were looking for an individual with the proven ability to manage large multibusiness fastpaced projects in a collaborative fashion. If you enjoy dynamic and new challenges are timelinedriven and ideally have already gathered experience in a customercentered environment this role is for you!
As the HPX Campaign Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a highly complex panHP app campaign calendar which directly supports customer outcomes and business objectives. This role requires routinely exercising independent judgement to determine best methods for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Largely supporting Campaign Managers while also interacting with partner teams in a variety of HP partner organizations (Marketing HPX Product and Customer CRM teams just to name a few) youll drive campaign delivery leveraging traditional program management methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the of the app campaign calendar
Develop schedule critical deliverables resource allocation and other project supporting artifacts
Manage activities to ensure against plans; make determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedules and resource allocation to meet requirements
Communicate project progress escalations and issue analysis to stakeholders
Manages endtoend project lifecycle
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management Engineering Computer Sciences or equivalent
PMP/PMI certified preferred
Typically 10 years of applicable experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Demonstrated history of program management excellence
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Demonstrated business acumen understanding of organizational strategy and successful experience managing all aspects of crossbusiness unit programs including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources
History of innovation with examples of developing new technical program management and/or manufacturing processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures plans proposals and results and negotiate options at executive levels
Ability to work in new fastpaced environments
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Demonstrated growth mindset
