Overview:
Due to growth Revitalize Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient PelvicHealth focused position in Hales Corners WI. Fulltime is required and up to 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with a minimum of 36 hours of availability per week will be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient setting to treat adult women patients of various ages for a Pelvic Health caseload.
Patient care is 1:1 appointments are booked for one hour time slots. No aides or clinicians should expect to treat no more than 36 patients per week.
Holistic remedies will be trained including hormonal testing utilizing heart rate variability software slowmotion video analysis BrainCap infrared sauna and red light therapy.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for this fulltime position is $37$57 per hour depending on experience.
Revitalize Physical Therapy offers benefits including PTO paid holidays malpractice insurance licensing fees a 12month mentorship program and CEU reimbursement up to $1000 per year.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open MondayThursday. No weekends. No major holidays! The work schedule is flexible and will be determined later in the process. One day per week will require working until 7 pm or 7:30 pm.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
Interested candidates must have an interest in Pelvic Health.
Fulltime is required 40 hours per week are available.
