Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detaildriven individual to support our operations team. This role involves handling document requests from the sales team managing and cleaning up the database and generating various reports such as lastcontacted data document expiration and pipeline status. You will also be responsible for reviewing email forms for uploads assisting with spot checks and preparing materials for board reports and quarterly presentations. Additional duties include conducting active audits updating data weekly ensuring compliance documents are uptodate and performing NMC pin checks. You will also create ID badges chase missing compliance documents and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Sending documents to sales as per the requests come in.
  • Checklist (occasionally as per business requirements)
  • Database management and cleanup
  • Pull reports like (last contacted Documents due to expire pipelines not worked items outstanding)
  • Checking Email me forms for uploads
  • Assisting in spot checks
  • Assist in prepping for board reports and quarterly presentations
  • Active check audit
  • Weekly data updated to bookings
  • Applying FTW in advance 2 to 3 days before the expiry
  • Chasing missing compliance documents i.e. expired UK passport old POA (updating recent) and Application form.
  • Sending emails to consultants due to lapse a day prior.
  • NMC pin checks
  • Creating ID badges
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or postgraduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to handle ad hoc tasks adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.
