As they continue to grow they are looking for a talented SAP Consultant to join their dynamic team in Belgium. In this role you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing SAP solutions helping clients achieve seamless business operations through effective system integrations and cuttingedge technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead SAP Implementations:
- Spearhead and contribute to successful SAP implementation projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate those into tailored SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Configuration & Customization:
- Configure and customize SAP modules (Finance Supply Chain HR and more) to match specific client requirements and enhance business processes.
- Leverage your expertise to offer innovative solutions that address complex challenges in various SAP areas.
System Integration:
- Integrate SAP systems seamlessly with existing platforms and thirdparty applications ensuring smooth and efficient business workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges to enhance system performance and reliability.
User Training & Support:
- Lead training sessions that empower endusers to maximize the potential of SAP systems.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure system functionality remains optimal and proactively implement system enhancements as required.
System Upgrades & Enhancements:
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with SAP updates and releases evaluating their relevance to the organization.
- Plan and execute system upgrades ensuring that new features and functionalities are fully leveraged for maximum impact.
Documentation & Quality Assurance:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations processes and custom solutions.
- Create clear and userfriendly manuals and training materials.
- Ensure thorough testing of SAP solutions guaranteeing quality and compliance with business requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with deep expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g. Finance Supply Chain HR).
- Solid knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies integration techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- SAP certification is a plus but not required.
