We are a small boutique law firm based in Midtown Manhattan that specializes in Franchise law. Our clients are recognized globally with many of them situated internationally. We also provide our expertise to the mostprestigious law firms investment banks and private equity concerns which are well acquainted with our unique abilities in the fields of franchising licensing & Distribution; Corporate M&As; real estate; franchise securitization financings; securities industry arbitration; investor and broker representations & estate planning

45 years of experience with corporate law

Experience preparing complex transactions and agreements

Forming and structuring business entities

Preparing joint venture licensing dispute settlement and other agreements

Preparing NDA and noncompeteagreements and disclosure documents

Ability to provide consistent sophisticated work quality
