Job Description

Director Two Roads Roads Academy is a small private Vermont State Approved Independent School for students with Emotional Disturbance Anxiety Trauma and/or ADHD in Williston VT. Our work is based in a therapeutic approach called Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) an evidence based behavior analytic approach to increasing psychological flexibility. The Director of Two Roads Academy is a unique position responsible for managing the vision; managing daily operations of the school; supervision and oversight of programs staff and students; and designing of and collaboration in weekly professional development. This position requires a dynamic combination of training and experience in behavior education special education business and development and marketing. This opportunity is perfect for the educational leader wishing deeper involvement in day to day interactions with students and staff visionary leadership opportunities and building an organization from the ground successful candidate will:Have experience in a leadership role in willing and able to commit to the existing vision and therapeutic willing to collaborate with community partners and maintain those to ongoing supervision and professional development for budget and projections for small growing school intake and enrollment process in collaboration with leadership a dynamic well respected by colleagues and the educational entrepreneurial knowledgeable in Vermont and Federal education wellrounded in understanding of IT systemsminded and a visionary/big picture adept at problem Experience (two or more of the following):AdministratorBoard Certified Behavior AnalystUnderstanding of ACT (Acceptance and Committment Training)Full year position benefits submit resume cover letter with salary requirements and three references as well as available start date.
