Overview
Lookers Volkswagen Warranty Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 32000 per annum
Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm
Our Warranty Administrators are fundamental within our Aftersales department! Daytoday they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both facetoface over the phone and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background serviced to perfection!
- Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
- Assessing the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the workshop
- Invoicing and other adhoc administrative tasks
- Supporting with Paint and body claims
- Interacting daily with customers over the phone
You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues.
It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages
