Are you a data scientist with a passion for online optimization and insights Then you should join our B2B Analytics Martech & AI team where you will play a key role in analyzing user behaviors optimizing the digital customer journey and supporting our stakeholders with actionable insights. You love to provide insights that improve the user experience and drive increased conversion.

Is this your new opportunity
You will be responsible for using various statistical techniques and tools to analyze online and omnichannel data and identify patterns that can provide insights to drive decisionmaking mainly for the online teams. The work duties consist of but are not limited to:
Analyse our online sales flows and give clear actionablecustomer and channel insights sales trends projections and growth opportunities
Use statistical techniques and tools to analyze data and identify patterns that can provide insights to drive decisionmaking
Collaborate in crossfunctional teams to understand analysis needs and act on them.
Base your work on our measurement plan to ensure effective data collection with high quality and relevance.
Optimize online conversion and sales based on datadriven insights in combination with an omnichannel approach.
Ensure data collection to enable accurate analysis in Google Analytics.
Implement and manage tags in Google Tag Manager.
Stay updated with industry trends and practices in data science digital analysis and measurement.
The position is based at our headquarters in Solna in modern and pleasant premises near the Mall of Scandinavia.

The key component to succeed in this role is that you are a forceful changemaker. We want someone who lives to analyse optimize and predict sales online. What is needed here is a proactive communicative and deeply curious person.
You need indepth knowledge in data science digital analysis and a thourough understanding of measurement and data collection. You enjoy working both independently and in teams.
Your experience:
Skills in Looker Studio Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics or equivalent web analysis tools are needed
Skills in SQL/Python are needed as well as worked with A/B testing
Skills in SAS and Qlik is a plus
At least 3 years of work experience in similar roles is a requirement
Performed highquality digital analysis within sales and creating understanding of customer behaviors
Ability to accurately assess the quality and relevance of measurement points and collected data
Excellent communications skills and highly skilled in making data understandable and useable for our stakeholders
Develop and maintained dashboards and reports
Experience with Big Query and Optimizely is a big plus
A commitment to stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and evolving analytics methodologies.
Degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Finance or equivalent
