Job Status: Contract to April 2027 (Possibility of extension or to be made permanent)

Purpose of the Position:
We are seeking a compassionate skilled professional to provide culturally responsive mental health and addiction services for Indigenous individuals (First Nations Mtis and Inuit) within the Districts of Muskoka and Parry Sound. This role is designed to be flexible with responsibilities including comprehensive mental health and addictions case management psychological rehabilitation crisis intervention and treatment. The successful candidate will be placed as either a Case Manager or Therapist based on their qualifications experience and expertise.
This position will work collaboratively with community partners Indigenous knowledge holders and the broader Bsaanibamaadsiwin team to deliver culturally safe care empowering clients and their families toward healing resilience and overall wellness.

Therapist: $35.90 $44.26 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience
