Job Description

The Douglas High School is looking for a 1.0 FTE Computer Science Teacher for theSchool Year to join our High School seek an engaging and knowledgeable High School Computer Science Teacher to teach courses such as AP Computer Science A Introduction to Python and Introduction to Java. Other courses that the teacher may teach in the future could include Game Development and Programming Web Design ideal candidate will deliver lessons that promote problemsolving computational thinking and collaboration while fostering student engagement and creativity. Responsibilities include assessing student progress adapting instruction for diverse learners and preparing students for AP should demonstrate strong communication skills a passion for teaching and a commitment to staying current with technology trends.
