Key Responsibilities:
- Correction of SAP Material/Hierarchy Setup: Ensure SAP material master data is accurately configured and aligned with organizational requirements.
- Rebooking of Misallocated Materials: Identify and rebook materials that are wrongly mapped to incorrect cost centers.
- Dependency Checks: Review and analyze dependencies customers materials matchcodes and account managers to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Reporting Structure Evaluation: Conduct thorough checks on reporting structures and make necessary adjustments for optimal reporting functionality.
- Automated Reporting Solutions: Investigate and implement internal SAP solutions to minimize manual interventions and streamline sales reporting processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree at a college or university preferably in Business Administration.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong skills in MS Office especially Excel.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
