Project Management Specialist Experienced or Senior

The Boeing Companys Learning and Development organization is currently seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our team. We are open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level specialists to find the best fit for this position.

The team is open to this position being located at any of our main Boeing sites. These locations include: Seattle WA; Renton WA; Everett WA; Auburn WA; Tukwila WA; Portland OR; El Segundo CA; Huntington Beach CA; Long Beach CA; Seal Beach CA; Oklahoma City OK; Plano TX; San Antonio TX; Hazelwood MO; Berkeley MO; North Charleston SC; Chicago IL; Huntsville AL; Titusville FL; Jacksonville FL; Arlington VA; Ridley Park PA or Mesa AZ.

This role will report directly to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager and play a critical role in ensuring project success through effective planning communication and collaboration across functional position will be responsible for developing coordinating and managing project and program plans to achieve business objectives while ensuring adherence to scope timeline and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities and strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking abilities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight for project delivery ensuring alignment to organizational goals timely and effective resource allocation

• Develop project plans and timelines monitor metrics track change activity and communicate updates throughout the project lifecycle

• Track success metrics to evaluate project effectiveness and drive improvements

• Understand overall landscape of Organizational Development projects to identify synergies and opportunities to partner with other PMs or better utilize resources

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher

• 3 years of experience in project management

• 3 years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods

• 3 years of experience developing project plans for completion of work scope between multiple customers and resources

• 3 years of experience working on crossfunctional projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher in Project Management Business Administration or a related field

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

• 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience working in an inclusive business environment or with crossfunctional teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
