Job Description
Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking candidate to lead our team Candidate must also be willing to step up and help the team in the case of personnel shortages.We are seeking a reliable and efficient custodian to efficiently clean and sanitize the Metro buses that operate in the city on a daily basis. Duties include but are not limited to sweeping mopping sanitation of seating area cleaning the windows as well as the bus driver control area.
Successful candidates must have a strong attention to detail the able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment teamoriented mind set andreliable transportation. Applicantcannot rely on public transportationas the buses do not run at 2:00am.
Starting pay is$15.92 per hourbut is negotiable for highly experienced applicants. Schedule isTuesdayFriday 6:00 pm 2:00 am Saturday 3:00 pm 2:00 am.
This is an entrylevel leadership role withroom for growth in management positions for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping mopping sanitizing glass cleaning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Other duties assigned.
- Direct team members to accomplish tasks
- Communicate with management on client needs
- Report any issues with staff or facility to management
Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a highvolume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- 1 year minimum of experience in a leadership role
