Responsibilities
Concierge Duties
Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Provide information about building amenities local attractions and neighborhood services.
Coordinate service requests maintenance access and vendor checkins
- Manage amenity space reservations (lounges conference rooms etc..
- Monitor lobby traffic and enforce guest policies for building security.
Barista Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks teas and other beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf/barista station.
- Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
- Create a warm welcoming caf atmosphere in the lobby or amenity space.
Security & Oversight
- Monitor access points to ensure only authorized persons enter the building.
- Report suspicious behavior or safety concerns to building management/security team.
- Ensure compliance with building rules and protocols.
The role requires a mix of interpersonal and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to pass preemployment drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to read write speak and understand English
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job which can include lifting 50 lbs completing foot patrols walking up and down stairs working in inclement weather
- Prior experience in hospitality barista service front desk or security preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm friendly demeanor with a polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and visitor management.
- Barista or caf experience (preferred but will train).
