Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
The Mathematics Assessments team at Educational Initiatives makes engaging and insightful assessment tools that test the childrens level of understanding. We are looking for passionate individuals who would love to go deeper into how children learn and engage with Mathematics and build highquality assessments that can detect gaps in learning.
Designing creative assessment items for diagnosis and benchmarking of learning.
Reviewing and revising existing content based on quality technical correctness and student performance data.
Reviewing textbooks and exploring online resources to design content for school students.
Studying curricula from other educational systems and online resources to learn about the best approaches to teaching a concept
Researching learning & teaching methodologies through reading and sharing academic journals analysing student performance data on questions and interacting with external subject experts teachers and students for insights about students learning.
Sticking to tight schedules and effective workload management
Technical skills:
Should have excellent subject knowledge
Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
Should have the ability to analyse assessment and learning content critically
Should have the ability to create and source engaging content for students
Should have basic technological awareness
