This is an exciting and dynamic position of Business Systems Analyst in the MIS & Analytics Team. We are responsible for enabling the global servicing network process to be the most efficient and effective by establishing our bestinclass MIS and analytics function. The MIS and analytics in scope covers a dynamic and fast paced global credit environment including traditional credit products and new products introducing to the marketplace.
How will you make an impact in this role
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual with deep technical skills to support tableau dashboard development reporting packages and provide insights by leveraging analytical techniques to explain business performance. The candidate will possess a keen eye for detail excellent problemsolving abilities and a passion for using data to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize and organize complex information to provide business insights and perform analytics to understand performance trends.
- Develop and publish periodic reports to support business objectives.
- Link analytics and insights to ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Apply various data analysis tools and techniques to identify opportunities for operational & MI enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years with relevant experience in Quantitative Business Analysis/Data Science
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferably in a quantitative field.
Proficiency in Hive/SQL is essential with good experience handling large datasets.
Proficiency in data manipulation statistical analysis and data visualization tools especially Tableau.
Strong time management skills and a proven ability to consistently deliver on preset timelines.
