CastleHospitality are working in partnership with an eventsfocused business with multiple sites across North/West & East Yorkshire is seeking a senior professional to lead the sales and events operation for a prestigious venue in the HU11 area. The successful candidate will manage daily operations ensuring seamless organisation of all events and accommodation while handling existing and prospective clients.
With a starting salary of up to 36000 per annum this role also includes a bonus structure based on margin returns on accommodation and events.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who excel in the events industry and possess previous managerial experience in weddings events and accommodation. Ideally candidates should be commutable to the HU11 area and have access to their own transport.
What the role of Sales involves:
Actively drive and fulfil enquiries & viewings
Seek out new opportunities for expansion
Promote the venue through thirdparty sites
Monitor industry trends and competitors
Maintain the CRM
Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded
Manage invoicing details
What the role of Operations involves:
Be the main point of contact for prospective guests clients & suppliers
Ensure excellent management of all pre & postevent communications
Oversee onsite accommodation
Demonstrate a high level of detail across all points of sale
Track operational staffing levels within the budget
Be the responsible person onsite for general daytoday running
Manage and report endofday financials
Requirements for the Sales & Events Operations Manager:
