Job Description

As an Account Manager in the Services division you will manage client relationships across Ontario and Eastern Canada specifically focused on ongoing inspections maintenance and rehabilitation of existing water infrastructure. The position is relationshipdriven with a strong emphasis on coordination between projects ensuring inspection schedules are maintained followups are conducted and recommended repairs are budgeted and executed in collaboration with technical teams. The position offer $130000$150000 plus bonus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: $130000$150000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: Approx. 20 of base salary performancebased
  • Travel & Car Allowance: Begins with mileage reimbursement.
  • Additional Perks: Laptop phone and business travel expenses covered
  • Total FirstYear Earnings Potential: Estimated between $150000$180000

Our client designs manufactures installs and maintains water towers. Founded in 1974 with a head office in Dallas Texas it has over 200 employees and is growing steadily. Its client base includes municipalities and counties across the United States and Canada. The company is recognized internationally and is in high growth mode.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

  • Canadian office is located in Burlington Ontario.
  • The head office is located in Dallas/Fort Worth US
  • Work Location: Inoffice training required at both the Burlington and St. George offices.
  • After training the candidate is expected to be on the road approximately 3 days/week (day travel home each night) with the remaining 2 days likely spent working from the office

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • Minimum 510 years of experience in infrastructure service engineering or account management
  • Background in water/wastewater civil engineering protective coatings or municipal infrastructure strongly preferred

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISIONMAKER(S):

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES

  • Manage ongoing client relationships across Ontario and Eastern Canada
  • Schedule and coordinate infrastructure inspections and routine maintenance
  • Follow up on inspection reports recommended repairs and budgeting requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers on structural rehabilitation plans
  • Contribute technical input and specifications for RFPs (excluding full proposal writing)
  • Maintain consistent client engagement between active project phases
  • Identify service expansion opportunities and support longterm client satisfaction
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage activity through CRM systems
  • Act as a technical liaison on protective coatings and rehabilitation processes
  • Support the development of internal processes and service standards as the company expands nationally

  • Overnight Travel: Estimated at 24 overnight trips per month.
