The bigger picture

Were looking for an organized and selfmotivated individual to join our team until December 31 2025 on an temporary opportunity as a Human Resources Associate. The Human Resources Associate plays a critical role in making it possible for the HR Advisory team to create exceptional employee experiences.

How youll be spending your time

  • Supporting the Human Resources Advisors by handling essential administrative tasks related to their assigned portfolio. This involves promptly providing all necessary information relevant to their tasks and inquiries
  • Providing support to the Human Resources Advisory team on various talent acquisition activities including posting career opportunities dispositioning candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Facilitating appropriate security checks at time of hire and/or when necessary. This includes criminal record checks credit checks and completing the bonding process
  • Enrolling new employees in onboarding and continuing the administrative process to completion
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity fostering an atmosphere of trust within the organization
  • Leading the coordination compilation distribution of key HR data metrics and reporting
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts surrounding processes and functions within the HR Advisory team to improve the candidate and employee experience. This includes identifying areas for efficiencies and recommending creative solutions to address process roadblocks and workflow inefficiencies.
  • Organizing and leading meeting minutes creating agendas booking meeting rooms logistics and others
  • Attending career fairs and networking events as needed (including outside regular business hours)
  • Supporting and administrating a variety of Employee Rewards and Recognition Programs

You love creating a memorable and seamless experience for employees and potential candidates. You are highly organized and have strong analytical research and problemsolving skills.

The experience you bring

  • 2 years administrative experience in professional office environment
  • Knowledge of and proficient use of all systems used by the HR Advisory team (HR Management System Microsoft Suite ESignature Program Employee Recognition Program)
  • Experience in HR is an asset
  • Postsecondary education in Business Admin or HR Management is an asset

Salary Range:

$52720 $65900
