About Us: Delaware Eye Institute located in Rehoboth Beach Delaware is a multispecialty group of ophthalmologists and optometrists. We have a 29000 square foot state of the art office complex which includes an expansive clinical wing a full service optical shop the Retina Center and our Outpatient Surgery Center with two operating rooms. This one of a kind facility staffed with experienced eye care professionals is designed to enable us to provide the latest techniques and technologies available in eye care. As participants in many national research studies our fellowship trained physicians can provide patients with complex and serious eye conditions the most advanced vision saving medical and surgical treatments available.

The Role: The Patient Services Representative will perform routine clerical and administrative work including greeting and assisting patients insurance verification management of appointment schedule and accurate recordkeeping. The PSR has a significant role as you serve as the initial point of contact and make the first impression on all patients visiting the office. This is especially important in a medical environment where people may be apprehensive. Effective of this role will require the ability to multitask and respond to the needs of the patients and other staff efficiently and calmly.
