Craft Engineering Technician / Maintenance Engineer
Bridgwater
Permanent contract: 4 on 4 off 77 2 days / 2 nights)
We are looking to recruita Craft Engineer to join our Bridgwater dairywithin our Muller Milk & Ingredients business. As a Craft Engineer youll provide a maintenance service to all plant/manufacturing equipment with emphasis on the improved plant availability and reliability.
Key responsibilities as Craft Engineer / Maintenance Engineer:
- Be responsible for mechanical and basic electrical isolation
- Carry out preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Bring new ideas to ensure continuous improvement and reliability of manufacturing equipment
- Advise on engineering practice and maintenance issues within engineering
- Participate/lead BDRs SEA and RCA requirement as part of a team
What were looking for from a Craft Engineer/Maintenance Engineer:
- NVQ2 or equivalent in basic engineering
- Relevant engineering experience
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to problem solve
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of health safety environmental and quality systems and procedures
- Knowledge of a specific work task
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team
*Please note this is a 4 on 4 off Shift role Days/Nights rotating 2 Days 2 Nights)*
