Job Description
Your Tasks
- Define and execute the product vision for returns management aligning with enterprise OKRs and sustainability goals.
- Own the endtoend reverse logistics strategy encompassing returns initiation processing refurbishment and resupply workflows.
- Drive roadmap planning for a product ecosystem spanning customerfacing interfaces warehouse systems and supplier integrations.
- Mentor a team of product managers
- Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders
- Orchestrate crossfunctional collaboration between product teams engineering and business units
- Guide product development from conception through launch and beyond
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction
- Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across the portfolios
Your Profile
- Graduation in Supply Chain Management Business administration Informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
- Proven track record in product management with scaled agile organizations preferably in omnichannel retail environment
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams
- Strong communication skills flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
