Engineering Intern
Worldwide leader in the manufacture of heavy mobile machinery has a job opening for an Engineering Intern. The job will provide the student with an opportunity to gain experience while working in a fastpaced engineering environment assisting in product development and improvement projects. The intern must be willing to learn and perform a variety of job duties work independently and as part of a job is located in Huntington West Virginia.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required;
- Actively working toward BS in Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Solid Edge CAD software
- Teamcenter PLM software
- ANSYS FEA
- Any previous mechanical experience in manufacturing large equipment is also a plus.
Job duties include:
- Assisting the engineering department with research and design for mining machines and related equipment
- May be required to travel to mine sites to learn handson trouble shooting and field testing.
- Additional duties as assigned.
