We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sports growth on every level in the United States from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game the US Open.

We are seekingTennis Instructors who will assist in the operations of our annual summer camp. In this role you will wear many different hats and have the opportunity to teach the game of Tennis to children attending our Camp.
Start Date: June 13 2025
End Date: August 2 2025
Must be available 5 days per week
The Role
- Assist the Lead Tennis Pro with the posted lesson plan for the group assigned
- Supervise and maintain a safe environment for camp participants in conjunction with maintaining a high level of fun and excitement for the campers
- Assist with the set up and breakdown of the equipment as needed
- Assist with on and off court activities (i.e. lunch field games and field trips)
- Work with the Lead Tennis Pro during match play
- Serve as an on court umpire and facilitator of game play
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Able to maintain proper and appropriate protocols around children at all times ensuring a safe and respectful environment
Dynamic funloving and charismatic junior leader with a talent for motivating and connecting with others
Passionate about fostering a supportive and enriching environment for children
Knowledge of tennis preferred with the capability to teach basic skills or lead tennisrelated activities
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a nonexempt position with an hourly rate of $18.00 $27.50
Uniforms: Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.
