Job Description
Regina Catholic Education Center an exceptional preK to 12th grade school in Iowa City seeks a KITCHEN STAFFat 15 30 hours/week.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Wash chop and prepare ingredients for cooking according to standardized procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Stock and maintain kitchen supplies.
- Assist cooks with preparing menu items within designated timeframes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently when instructed.
- Clean and sanitize dishes utensils and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Other duties as assigned
