THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Your role encompasses Monday to Friday tasks occasional Saturdays and participation in an oncall rotation to handle potential emergencies.
As a Maintenance Technician your days will be a blend of handson expertise and residentfocused dedication. Youll swiftly address maintenance requests ensuring our residents comfort and satisfaction. Your attention to detail will shine as you prepare movein ready units meticulously ensuring they are immaculate and welcoming. Additionally youll contribute to the charm of our community by maintaining the grounds and common areas. In times of urgency your responsive nature will shine as you handle afterhours emergencies with poise. Upholding our safety and cleanliness standards will be at the heart of your daily tasks. QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous maintenance experience
