Your tasks
Job Purpose
Configure and test Kardex software system to fit customer specifications and efficiently run automated systems to the customers needs
Develop and execute internal interface and integrated test plans with the AutoStore system Kardex software system client host systems and other technologies that may be integrated with the solution
Work closely with the Integration Engineer and perform endtoend testing of the entire integrated system with focus on the FulfillX system
Perform all necessary trainings of customer personnel on the FulfillX software system
Support the customer during the posthandover ramp up period
Travel to project sites for sometimes a few weeks on one trip. Total travel estimate is 30 to 40
Travel domestically for training opportunities
Ownership of the FulfillX software system deployed on the AutoStore demo grid in the Cincinnati OH office to ready for customer visits testing initiatives software updates etc.
Job Requirements
Training/Education:
Bachelors degree in business engineering IT or software fields
Excellent communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting ability software and IT hardware acumen
Professional Experience:
3 years experience with work with software and/or deployments of automation systems AutoStore experience a plus
Other Experiences:
Experience working in a project team in a project and constructionlike environment
Ability to use MS office suite and other similar software programs
