Office Administrator : Aspatria Cumbria

Salary: circa 20266

Hours : Mon Thurs 7:30 16:00 (Flexible or 8:00 16:30 Fri 6:00 13:00


MacArthur Recruitment are seeking an Office Administrator for a successful Cumbrian production company.


You will work between various departments including Finance Logistics Manufacturing Purchasing and Material Control supporting with the paperwork and various admin tasks as required. After an initial training period of 612 months you may well focus on a more particular area.


Previous experience in a similar role would be great however good admin skills are what is required with a knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel a will to learn and good communication skills.


Principal Accountabilities for the role of Office Administrator :

  • Support multiple business functions
  • Helping write up procedures planning and purchasing documents
  • Admin support for various departments
  • MS Office use Excel Word
  • Working in a team
  • Able to communicate ideas and status clearly
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C / 4 or above
  • Numerate literate with good listening skills
  • Positive and willing to be trained and upskilled
