At Lifescale Analytics we help achieve datadriven decision by leveraging strategic technologies to create innovated solutions that ultimately help our clients to navigate their everchanging data have an opportunity for a UI/UX Developer prefer candidates to reside in Melbourne FL but open to remote work in the following states: Florida (FL) Georgia (GA) Minnesota (MN) North Carolina (NC) Ohio (OH) South Carolina (SC) Tennessee (TN) Texas (TX) or Virginia (VA). Note: Relocation expenses are not covered by the employer/client. We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer who combines creative design with technical proficiency to build intuitive and impactful user interfaces for datadriven and governmentfocused applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development data visualization and usability best practices especially within complex or regulated environments.

Applicants responding to this position must be a US Citizen and will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information. Must have lived in the US for the past 5 years.

The Employer will not sponsor applicants for any employment visas at hiring or in the future including but not limited to H1B EAD or OPT visas. CorptoCorp or subcontract personnel will not be considered for this position

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX development
  • Experience working with large datasets and creating intuitive interfaces for data interaction
  • Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and frontend frameworks (React Angular etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working on government or public sector projects
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced agile environment
  • Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g. Plotly)
  • Familiarity with government digital services guidelines (e.g. U.S. Web Design System)
  • Understanding of cloudbased platforms and web application deployment
  • Ability to acquire a Secret Security clearance and acquire and maintain government identification/common access card (CAC). Preferred if candidates currently hold an active Secret Security Clearance or higher
  • Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract. Note that any usage and detection of cannabis with or without a prescription will result in a failed clearance regardless of the legalization under State Laws.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science HumanComputer Interaction Design or related field

Additional Provisions:

  • Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
  • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.
