Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support incoming queries from users
- Monitor network security
- Remotely train users and write training manuals
- Walk customers through problemsolving processes
- Optimize and maintain network software and hardware
- Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting
- CompTIA A
- CompTIA Net
- CompTIA Security
- MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
- CCNA or equivalent certifications
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in tight spaces.
- Comfortable working with heights
- Must Be 18 Years of age or older
- A valid Drivers License is required
