Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Representative Recapture consultant to cover the home counties of South East England and reporting to the Branch manager. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through targeting strategic accounts in order to rapidly increase the service portfolio across the home counties.

On a typical day you will:

  • Map out and plan a strategic sales approach to winning new service business through increasing the number of elevators onto the portfolio.
  • Develop new customers via cold calling networking bids and tenders developing your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities pipeline and forecast sales results.
  • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
  • Collaborate with fellow team members including other sales representatives and field colleagues.


What you will need to be successful.

  • Solid and proven experience within a service sales setting.
  • Experience with mapping out and identifying key stakeholders or decision makers. Ideally with experience in contract tenders or negotiations.
  • Have a customer centric approach to sales able to take control in a friendly way and provide a wholesome sales process.
  • Target focused and driven individual with the ability to work at pace in a demanding complex corporate organisation.
