Cervo Hotel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pool Attendant to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests at the pool.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: Preferably experience as a commis in a bar or restaurant.
- Languages: Good command of Italian and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills empathy and proactivity.
- Service: Strong sense of service excellence and ability to strictly follow quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests at the pool ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable environment.
- Provide bar service and light meals to guests at the pool.
- Collaborate with the team to meet guests needs and resolve any issues.
- Maintain the pool area clean and tidy.
- Ensure Cervo Hotels quality standards are always met.
Lifeguard certification is not required for this role
