Security Systems and Design Program ManagerDatacenter
Securitas Security Services USA Inc. is a global leader in providing security solutions that protect businesses most critical assets. We are seeking a highly trained and experienced Security Systems and Design Manager for our premier clients datacenter business.
*Hybrid position based in Ashburn VA.
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Program Manager (CPM) to lead and manage security system projects for our clients global datacenters. The CPM will play a critical role in designing implementing and overseeing datacenter security measures while ensuring highquality riskbased solutions that meet client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Define project scope objectives deliverables and schedules. Develop detailed project plans and manage project risks resources and budgets.
- Design Oversight: Ensure security designs meet client standards. Collaborate on Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR) and align with local codes and regulations.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients providing ongoing communication updates and consultation to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Testing and Commissioning: Oversee inspections functional testing and integration testing of security systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams ensuring clear roles motivation and effective communication throughout project .
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records trackers and reporting metrics. Ensure all processes align with client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in datacenter security project management and system design.
- Proficient in IT principles and practices with strong familiarity with AutoCAD LT and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20.
- Knowledge of local codes regulations and legislation (preferred).
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.

Benefits
Depending on experience Securitas will offer a starting salary of $120K$130k in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
