Job Description
Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Brooklyn Park MN 55445
Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Potential temp to Hire)
Specific Skills Needed: Top 35 mandatory and/or minimum requirements HR experience; Understanding of employee life cycle employee relations experience Top 35 desirable attributes/qualifications
23 years previous HR experience; ideally in manufacturing and/or working with diverse employee groups.
The key responsibilities will be HR Generalist work:
Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions
Coordinate EE engagement committee
Posting open positions; supporting recruitment
Provide weekly onboarding
Managing Employee Relations issues
Assisting with offboarding employees; partnering to reduce turnover
Hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm
