Job Description
Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager required to join an M&E Building Services Contractor.
The Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager will work on a hybrid basis between site home and/or office based near Southampton taking responsibility for the successful delivery of wideranging projects from inception to completion for mechanical systems such as Air Conditioning Systems Ventilation Air Handling Units Chillers and chilled water systems Boilers and heating systems.
This Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager is required to have worked on projects of up to 1m2m on a Commercial Industrial scale. You will be required to travel between site across the south of England and the office near Southampton.

Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager Role
- Responsible for the successful delivery of wideranging projects from inception to completion for mechanical systems such as Air Conditioning Systems Ventilation Air Handling Units Chillers and chilled water systems Boilers and heating systems
- Management of project schedule technical submittals and cost control reports
- Maintain communication lead meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Coordinate with site teams Contractors organise labour
- Must be able to travel to the office near Southampton and projects throughout the south of England including Hampshire Sussex and London
Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager Requirements
- Worked on projects to the value of 1m2m on Industrial/Commercial scale with full lifecycle oversight of heating ventilation air conditioning wider mechanical systems
- Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager / Contracts Manager / Project Engineer / Contract Engineer / Contracts Engineer or similar within a Building Services Engineering environment
- Possessing higher level qualification in Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
- Ability to undertake markups and capable of scrutnising drawings
- Liaise with project professionals both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel to the office near Southampton and projects throughout the south of England including Hampshire Sussex and London
