Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner

Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner isresponsible for directing the planning development implementationadministration and budgeting of most or all of the human resources functionsincluding but not limited to the following: employment recruitment employeerelations EEO Visa processing (H1B) compensation/benefits andorganizational development. Develop and drive creative HR initiatives andactivities. Advise company management in human resources policy and programmatters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functionsinclude but are not limited to the following:

Overseeand manage the Human Resources department; plan organize and control allactivities of the department

Developand administer various human resources plans and procedures for all companypersonnel; participate in developing department goals objectives and systems

Implementand annually update compensation programs; conduct annual salary surveys anddevelop merit pool (salary budget) analyze compensation and monitorperformance evaluation program and revise as necessary

Developrecommend and implement personnel policies and procedures prepare andmaintain employee handbook

Performbenefit administration to include claims resolution invoice approval and annualreevaluation of policies for cost effectiveness information activitiesprogram and cash flow

Developand maintain affirmative action program: file EEO1 annually maintain otherrecords reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations

Developand implement strategic recruitment plan ensuring selection of highly qualifiedpersonnel

Establishand maintain department records and reports; recommend new approachespolicies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency ofdepartment and services performed

Participatein administrative staff meetings; attend other meetings with business partners

Performother duties as assigned




Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (KnowledgeSkills and Abilities)

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years related HR experience at least 12 of these years in a management role
  • Broad generalist background including coaching and counseling performance management employee involvement team building as well as compensation and benefits
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations
  • Experience in implementing and administering performance programs preferably in a company that put strong emphasis on performance metrics
  • Must have demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent including creating and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional project and personnel management skills
  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy fastgrowth environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word Excel and Power Point is essential
  • Exhibit extraordinary discretion flexibility and willingness to work closely with our senior management team
