Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain highperformance applications using Flask and FastAPI.
- Work with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop (Starbusters).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and detailed documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements and suggest ways to incorporate them into existing solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Participate in the resolution of technical issues and provide technical support to team members.
- Ensure that software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
Technical Skills:
Software Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Python development using Flask and FastAPI.
- Proficiency in big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop (Starbusters).
- Good understanding of Scala is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development with a focus on Flask and FastAPI.
- Proven track record of working with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop.
- Experience with Scala is a plus.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile Scrum Git JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams and participating in code reviews.
DaytoDay Activities:
- Participating in daily standup meetings and project planning sessions.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and design technical solutions.
- Writing testing and deploying Pythonbased applications.
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other team members.
- Staying current with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Providing technical support to team members and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Python big data technologies or related fields are a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to take initiative prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
