Job Description
- A degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACA ACCA or CIMA (preferred)
- Experience in a finance management role ideally within manufacturing or engineering sectors
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with Sage would be beneficial
- Strong financial reporting budgeting and forecasting skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations financial compliance and auditing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a finance team
- Managing financial planning payroll budgeting and forecasting
- Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Implementing and maintaining effective financial controls
- Managing cash flow cost control and financial risk
- Liaising with senior management to support business strategy
- Leading and mentoring finance team members
- Working with external auditors and regulatory bodies
