As a Programme Manager youll ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with the overall strategy. Your role will be crucial in maintaining highquality standards and driving successful outcomes. Join us to make a significant impact on our transformation initiatives.
A bit about the job:
In this role youll ensure transformation programs are delivered on time within scope and on budget. Efficiently manage resources across projects to ensure optimal use. Keep stakeholders well informed by effectively communicating progress addressing concerns and challenging the status quo. Foster collaboration by breaking down silos and encouraging open communication and teamwork. Ensure strategic alignment and integration of multiple projects within the transformation program with the wider business strategy while managing risks and issues ensuring that they are identified assessed and mitigated appropriately.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Experience in Finance is Essential
- Professional qualifications Prince 2 / APM / PMI is Desirable
- Proven ability to leverage Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery budgeting and financial alignment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve strategic goals and successful outcomes.

- Starting salary Circa 75000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
