As the Capability & Learning Business Partner you will report to the Head of Capability & Learning and will work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer as a key stakeholder. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop and manage a wide range of Digital & Technology (D&T) development programs specifically in the Cyber Security space. You will be instrumental in supporting St Vincents strategic priorities enhancing staff capabilities and ensuring compliance.
This role will see you collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders crossfunctional teams and external partners to create and refine engaging learning experiences from facetoface workshops to virtual training and innovative resources like instructional videos short courses microlearns guides frameworks and templates.
This is a Permanent Full Time (flexible) position based in our Group Head Office in Melbourne on a hybrid working arrangement.
