Job Description
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Food Safety
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
Ensure that the daily hygiene schedule is completed to the correct standard
Ensure that the weekly hygiene schedule is completed to the correct standard
Provide PPE for staff to use
Make sure that dirty PPE is kept separate to clean
Make sure that stocks of PPE and cleaning chemicals are stored correctly
Fill out any paperwork clearly accurately and to the best of your knowledge and ontime
Achieve performance targets as agreed with your line manager
Work harmoniously and closely with all colleagues
Report any hygiene issues which you feel are out of your control
Undertake any inhouse or external training sessions
Show a positive attitude to work tasks no matter how tedious the job
Show a helpful and open attitude to all aspects of your position
Have a polite manner when dealing with outside customers visitors and colleagues
Be proactive in looking for solutions to improve any working area
Be fully independent with regards to transport to and from work
To have a flexible working approach to all aspects of the role that applies to this position
