We have chosen to operate under the name JH Bristol in this area to avoid confusion with Julian Trust another charity providing support for homeless people in Bristol. If you are successful in your application you will be employed by Julian House but working under the sub brand of JH Bristol.
Job Role: Supported Housing Case Coordinator (Bristol Framework)
Salary:25235 per year
Hours:Fulltime 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
As a Case Coordinator you are required to work with the clients to maintain units of accommodation to a high standard of health and safety and work closely with them to establish effective management of personal finances for example supporting the client to complete benefit claims and budgeting. The Case Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records of all client interactions and where necessary supporting the Service Manager and Regional manager in reporting to partners and funders.
