Description
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts Webster House is an off campus located in Webster MA and serves coed youth ages 6 to 12 in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors barrier behaviors factors that precipitated placement and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible usually within a matter of days.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid MA Drivers License
- Highschool diploma/GED with relevant human services experience required.
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to attend 2 week orientation Monday Friday 8am 4pm in Rutland MA.
- Monday Friday 73am after training in Webster
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen a screening that assesses a candidates understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
