About this position

The Barista prepares specialty drinks assists with food preparation and receives orders and payments all while providing unforgettable experiences for our customers. Handles food operations per department and regulatory standards.

Operates cash register documents daily menu selections counts and justifies cash drawer. Exhibits first rate customer service skills.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Experience

Experience
Former institutional food service experience preferred but not required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Previous experience as a barista preferred.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Must follow required dress code as assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Ability to problem solve in utilizing tally sheets.
Ability to perform basic math equations.
Must be able to read write and follow oral and written directions in English.
Must be able to speak to and greet customers in English.
