You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are assisting a nonprofit organization looking for a driven and dedicated Trauma Treatment Services Program Manager. Based in Santa Maria Area reporting to the Senior Manager of Trauma Treatment this integral role will plan organize and direct the full scope of operational activities within the Childhood Trauma Treatment and Intensive Family Services departments and oversees all clinic operations for their designated region.
Position Summary
The program manager oversees the quality effectiveness and efficiency of these departments ensuring activities are trauma informed and culturally responsive. Duties include coordination of programs and clinical services administrative and clinical supervision budget oversight and compliance with grant and contract requirements.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Ensure clinical staff and clinical supervisors are trained in evidencebased treatment modalities within their programs. Ensure contractual expectations and deliverables are met. Maintain clinical licensure and certification in departmentsspecific modalities of treatment. Maintain oversight of program expenditures to ensure costs are within the approved budget and inform necessary budgetary changes modifications and priorities.
Oversee the regional clinic and collaborate with other onsite program managers and senior managers to ensure effective daytoday clinic operations. Oversee department contracts countywide and collaborate with other managers to ensure contract compliance. Supervise collection of program standardized assessments for treatment planning and program evaluation purposes.
Evaluate staff performance provide feedback and address performance/disciplinary actions as needed. Identify opportunities for program expansion and growth. Ensure clinical productivity standards are achieved. Compile monthly program performance reports. Monitor program outcomes and support program evaluation efforts to guide continuous quality improvement. Remain current on research and developments in the field of trauma and resilience. Exercise appropriate cost control measures.
Provide direction for the TTS team and oversight of clinical services provided. Recruit hire onboard and train staff. Provide administrative supervision and/or clinical supervision to staff. Serve on the Leadership Team travel to and attend monthly offsite meetings.

Requirements:
LCSW or LMFT from an accredited university or college with a license for a minimum of two years or Licensed Psychologist from respective California State Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology. Must have a criminal record clearance from the DOJ.
Qualifications:
2 3 years of prior or related experience as a program manager and/or as a clinical supervisor preferred. Experience working in community mental health and/or working with child welfare preferred. Strong computer and technology skills including Microsoft Office and other webbased systems Zoom etc.
