Location: The Hub Harrow
Working Hours: 2 days a week
Hourly Rate : 16.50 plus overtime

Development Details:
This role will be based at a deluxe residential premises in the Heart of Harrow covering82 apartments.
In this role you will work independently playing a crucial part in a scheme dedicated to enhancing the overall development. Previous experience working within a residential development of this size is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Handyperson at PSS you will:
- Youll be an experienced in Painting & Decorating and will have the ability to carry out tasks in a timely manner.
- Youll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive clean and safe environment for residents guests and your team.
- Youll have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections.
- Youll be a true expert in customer service who uses this to engage communicate and inspire others.
- Youll understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
- Your team matters to you you support them work together and build strong working relationships with residents guests and externalcontractors.
