About the job:
Based in Bydgoszcz Poland you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATOs Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Bydgoszcz which is the leading provider of Communications and Information System (CIS) products and services to locally based NATO entities such as the Joint Force Training Center (JFTC). CSU Bydgoszcz enables endtoend CIS services and manages critical technological capabilities during peacetime crisis and war.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Engineer (Exercise Planning and Project Coordination) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
Develops planning documentation related to CIS support for all events and exercises;
Captures requirements for projects events and exercises translates into functional and technical requirements. Coordinates implementation of technical requirements with CSU/NCI Agency technical teams;
Coordinates and manages new Customer requirements/requests received via CRF (Customer Request Form) process;
Represents CSU at planning conferences workshops and meetings with NCI Agency and Customer regarding planned exercises projects and program of work;

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
Bachelors degree from a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline and 2 years postrelated experience. Or a different educational qualification and at least 6 years post related experience.
Prior experience as a system administrator system engineer or a network engineer working directly with IT systems virtualizations and networking;
Technical leadership experience;
Project planning experience and coordination for CIS Service Operation;
Experience in converting operational requirements into IT requirements;
Experience in Service Delivery in a customer support focused approach;
Planning of IT networks and infrastructure to include LANs and WANs;
Fluency in English both written and spoken
