Job Summary:
Do you enjoy meeting and interacting with new people As a Customer Service Representative you will serve as the point of contact for customer requests welcoming guests to your FBO and being the friendly voice at the end of the phone.
Jet Access Customer Service Representatives are team oriented and work with our Line Service Technicians to anticipate the needs of our customers. While working in a fastpaced environment our Customer Service Representatives have attention to detail and the ability to multitask all while keeping a warm and friendly no previous aviation experience is required!
Core Schedule:
  • Variable Airport open 7 days/week 6:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.
  • On call or evening/weekend hours required.
Day in the Life:
  • Ability to provide proactive personalized customer experience to all general Aviation Clientele.
  • Concierge level services including hotel catering and ground transportation scheduling.
  • Coordination of services such as aircraft fueling GPU Lavatory Service and hangar storage.
  • Effectively communicating via airtoground radio and groundtoground radio in addition to other forms of communication.
  • Educating customers on available services promotions and programs.
  • Operation of Point of Sale includes processing customer invoices and reconciliation of aging reports.
  • Ensure the location is Safe and in compliance with all Safety Requirements.
  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Upselling customers to increase revenue at your assigned location.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers coworkers and visitors
  • Other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Must possess a valid state Drivers License.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous FBO experience a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read and respond to EMail communications.
  • Must possess a professional appearance.
